What makes good collaboration

One really important thing about collaboration is to have communication skills. If you talk to your teammates, you can share your ideas and combine them to better ideas. A perfect example of that is the invention of the internet. I am not 100% sure what small ideas lead up to it but I do know that it was made of small ideas. 

        Another important thing is to encourage crazy ideas. The idea of the plane was insane, but when people actually did it, it worked! Then the idea of flying over the Atlantic Ocean over to Europe came up. That was also insane, but people accepted the challenge, and did it!

       The last thing I know is good for collaboration is teamwork. Working together can get things done faster, and can also help you for later group projects. It gets things done.
