Dec. 9 learning blog

Today we talked about collaboration work and learning blogs. The reason why Ms.Lees talked about the learning blogs was because apparently some people who were supposed to do the learning blog did not follow the criteria, thus the extra two weeks of learning blogs was added as homework. We reviewed the criteria to recieve a 3/5, which is the average mark of on which the teacher expects. Later in the block, we watched the IDEO video on recreating a shopping cart, as a better model which includes people nesscesities and safety compared to the present shopping carts. We were supposed to write a paragraph about the teamwork tips based on the video. The reason why Ms.Lees had to review the expectations of the learning blog was because so that people who do the learning blog would ubderstand the proper criteria. This is a valuable skill that will be needed during a job because then you will know the expectations the boss holds for you, thus can prevent you from being fired. The reason why we watched the video about IDEO recreating the shopping cart was to understand collaboration work and to get along with fellow team members or something like that. This skill will be used often during work because most people will have to work with their coworkers. The homework was to write a paragraph on the collaboration work IDEO did on tips and skills that you would use during group work. Dec.10 is the test on chapter 7~8. For people who have already read the story, please review the chapter by rereading, or skimming through in order to not get confused with the other chapters.
