Collaboration work

During the video on IDEO working on the shopping cart, there were many useful tips in collaboration, such as not critisizing others which can relieve the fear of having a bad idea. Diverse background is also useful by connecting the good part of knowledge one has to another. Never once during the video they argued over anything because they accept wild ideas, in fact encourage them fairly because the more times you fail, the quicker you will succeed. By posting ideas on a wall and recieving feedback from fellow peers, also helps to improve the group project/assignment. By working together, like they said in the video will be fun for all the people who participate.
