There are many things you need to be when you want to have good collaboration with your team.
#1. If no one else wants to be the team leader then you should take charge. This will show that you want to be part of the team and that you are willing to help.
#2. If the members of your group are working on one project together the be sure to divide the work evenly so that everyone is doing something important and contributing to the team. Also be sure to listen to everyone's ideas and try to include a little bit of everyones.
#3. Let the team trust you. By this I mean that if its your day to write a paragraph then be responsible and put all your effort into it. If you don't understand something then you can post a question on the blogger and get your classmates to help you out.
These are some of the things you need to be to become a good group member and to work well with your team.
